Just a short note to express our written thanks so much for the great job your roofing crew preformed on our house on October 02, 2007. Even though the weather started out as rainy, that didn’t bother them or slow them down. They did a great job; worked well together, were very polite and considerate, and I enjoyed taking some pictures with our digital camera so that I could show them to Ron when he got home from work that night. The shingles on the roof look terrific and we are very pleased with the job.

Dear Mr. McLellan:

Thank you so much for the outstanding job that you did installing my electric fireplace with mantle, along with the closet renovations. Not only was the finished product aesthetically pleasing, but also the construction work was solid and first rate. I was impressed by your ability to prevent future problems by anchoring the base and mantle surround so that it would be solid, thereby preventing future tile and floor damage. That was something that even fireplace companies had not anticipated.

Your team was, as usual, polite, clean and took great care not to damage any of the furnishings, even though they were working in tight quarters. Not only did Brad do a great job on the tile work, but his design suggestions were excellent and made the fireplace both elegant and realistic. I want to thank Ryan for not only helping me pick up the fireplace and the closet supplies, but for taking a large antique hutch to an antique dealer for resale.

The whole project went without a hitch and was on time, on target, and on budget. Your bathroom renovation last year, along with these present renovations has turned an ordinary apartment into one that is both elegant and functional.

Not only do I have no hesitation in recommending you to prospective clients. But I am also planning to have you do all my future interior and exterior renovations.

Skylight Renovations

Not sure if you collect customer testimonials yet here’s mine:

When a skylight leaks action has to be taken quickly. There was panic in my voice when I called McLellan Contracting Inc. yet from the minute the phone was answered to the time the project was finished the level of professionalism and courtesy shown to me was bar none the best I’ve ever seen.

The quote was done quickly and accurately. The price estimated was the actual cost incurred for the project. Which McLellan Contracting there were no hidden charges or escalated fees. Contractors were on site when they said they would be and when they called 15 minutes ahead of time to ensure that I was home and prepared for their arrival, I knew I was in for a smooth installation.

The workmanship was beautiful and the attention to detail unbelievable. Careful consideration was given to the color of flashing and the finishing materials so that it would blend in with the design and décor of the house. Every piece of debris was picked up from my front lawn, roof top and living room carpet. The crew even wiped off finger prints from the new skylight and vacuumed off my existing skylight blind.

I can’t express how pleased I was with the service and delivery but do know that I will tell absolutely everyone who comes to my home and compliments me on my new, improved and non-leaking skylight. Call McLellan Contracting Inc. for all your contracting needs. It’s a beautiful experience!

Window and Drywall Renovations

I would like to recommend the services of John McLellan Contracting Inc. We contracted McLellan to install windows, repair water damage, replace siding and install insulation for weather protection. This was not an easy job. McLellan’s team replace 3 bay windows, replaced drywall, repaired and painting and did a thorough clean up on everything.

We found the McLellan staff to be punctual, courteous, reliable, professional, organized, and thorough. Most of all they all have experience and skills.
