John McLellan Contracting has extensively renovated existing buildings such as for the new home of the Millenium City Veterinary Hospital, located on Liverpool road in Pickering, ON.

Renovations included the complete restoration of the structural integredy, waterproofing and drainage. A custom interior layout was designed to meet the demanding specifications of a veterinary clinic.
